We work under what is known as
"WE-LEADERSHIP"

We do not operate under a typical corporate top-down structure. Rather, we allow individuals in a team, called a ‘cell’, to make decisions and carry out projects under their own responsibility, as leaders in their own position.
The basis of “WE-LEADERSHIP” is to trust whoever is in the forefront of the market to make the best decisions regarding the challenges. Each cell is responsible to find the direction and the best solution for the projects. A cell operates as a flexible, horizontal structure that is formed by the project’s characteristics and focuses mainly to accomplish its own goals.
The goals are directed toward the market as well as consumers and are aligned with our vision and mission at all times. Lastly, the individuals in the cell declare and apply our core values – Fair Play and B.E.S.T. Play into all aspects of the project.
Simply put, we do not have supervisors or a reporting system. There’s no need to receive pre-approval for each task. We do have our founder of the company but not an authoritarian. Individuals at Connex Solution make decisions and implement ideas for a better future of our company.

B.E.S.T. PLAY is one of our core values reflecting the attitude and mindset expected from all of us. B.E.S.T. PLAY, an acronym for the four values - Burn it, Enjoy it, Share it and Think differently – these are what we continuously strive to become; and what we call a B.E.S.T. PLAYER. 

Burn it

We respect passionate attitude toward work.

At Connex Solution, everyone is welcome to start a project, challenge a problem, make suggestions or provide ideas for just about anything. Whether it is a direct issue related to work or better performance and work conditions, anything can be openly discussed. These ideas sometimes open up an avenue for new business.
We do not accept ‘being enough’. Once a decision is made, we fully carry out and accomplish each project with passion and energy.

Enjoy it

As Confucius once said
“To love is better than to know. And, to enjoy is better than to love.”

Often we have witnessed that whoever ‘enjoys’ has accomplished incredible things. To enjoy, understood as an action verb, allows a person to unleash unlimited potential that can even change the world.  We, Connex Solution, do not force each other to enjoy work only. To be at the cultural forefront with our valuable brands, we believe that enjoying work and achieving our goals are as important as enjoying our lives with each other, friends and loved ones.

Share it

You cannot work alone.

Sharing information is crucial at Connex Solution. No one can monopolize or own information, nor segment communication channels by researchers, receivers, and deliverers. We live in a world with easier access to information and we should dig into what is being needed. However, we find sharing and communicating with each other extremely important. We value working together and this comes from being humanly curious about each other. Although some may think that this is just another workplace, we believe that this is a place to share individual’s lives by caring and supporting.

Think differently

Typical, ordinary ways might be safe but it limits creativity and newer ideas.

It is comforting to follow an established system but that also means that it is difficult to become a leader in the field. At Connex Solution, we enjoy different points of view and experiments. We are ready to accept new ideas. We do not look at things with bias or prejudgments. Because it is about leadership that is proved through solving challenges creatively and the ideas that will arise from a broad on point of view, knowledge, and experience. Exploration and a pioneer spirit keeps us to be more open-minded and curious.

When our individual decision may bring a large impact on the company, one must call a ‘timeout’ meeting with others before making a decision.
